<p>hi there</p><p>i reinstalled eq (i.e. the original 2004 disk since i left just after launch date in 2004) recently and played back the game, with my old station account</p><p>then i decided to buy rok and installed the all in disk bought</p><p>the trouble is that i still can't play rok : it seems that the patcher doesn't allow me to install rok and i'm stuck with the original eq (ie no new race no new content nada)</p><p>i desinstalled and reinstalled all with no luck</p><p>maybe i should reinstall with a new account but then i'll lose my toons</p><p>any suggestion welcomed folks thx !</p>

If you purchased retail box, from direct2drive or one of the other douwnload locations you should have gotten a registeration key you need to apply that to your account

<p>thanx for your answer</p><p>I purchased it as a retail box, and indeed there's an activation code herein.</p><p>but i wasn't asked for it during install...</p>
