Yes, it is contained with-in(accually above) Greater Faydwar(Gfay). The best way to get thier is to go to Qeynos Harbor(QH), and take the Carpet to Sinking Sands(SS), then use the carpet in SS to go to Butcherblock Mountains(BBM). You can then go through the tunnel and up the side of the mountain to the path to take you to Greater Faydwar, I am not shure about the exsact directions from here but basicly you follow the path, to Gfay, once in Gfay go up the hill to the right and you should see a Ramp up into Kelethin(Kele), the EoF good City.
