Plate that looks good?

Hello guardians, my guardian alt has recently made it into the 40's and currently I am looking for some armor to show off in. Since my main is an armorer I am making him a set of ebon to use for stat but am looking for something else to show the world perhaps something with abit of texture to it . So does anyone here have any suggestions?

Dont mean to be negative here but i always thought the ebon was the best looking armor in that tier and the one after that and thinking about it prob the one after that one too...there wernt that many diff styles when they were the main tiers and usually they just changed to colour and the ebon black was always the best in my opinion

If yer in to shiny armor, get you a set of the faction stuff from any city merchant. Here you can see one version of it. The other has designs on it in gold I think (<a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=30&topic_id=381753" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Fourth Post Down</a>).

Personaly the blackend iron looks the best other than T7 and up

Can you put the Cobalt set on in the appearance slot if you don't normally meet lvl requirements? I vastly prefer the cobalt set to any other for appearance. Majo, 74 Guardian for Shadow Guard, Venekor

One of my personal favortie set for the look is Darkmetal unfortunatly it's usualy pretty costy as it's a t7 treasured set from castle mistmoore.Another good looking one is the scarab armor from the quests in SS...which will require you to be in your high 40's to get your hands on... on the other side it costs 1cp per piece so it's like free.

Thanks for the opinions guys, for now I am going to go with a set of desert chitin for looks now. I will admit that the black and blue of ebon and cobalt looks pretty nice but was looking for something out of the ordinary but still looked  like what you would expect from a tank. Now I just need to decide whether  to show my face or hide it in my helmet.

<p>I really likethe looks of the guardian armor quest armor. Simple, has some style, but isnt a black blob like the ebon/cobalt. You can see it on your friendly neighborhood Guardian trainer.</p>
