Is there a 70+ upgrade for Tendrils of Horror

I've noticed that there doesn't appear to be an upgrade for this L63 single-target buff in RoK.  Anyone know if an upgrade exists - and if so what is it called?  Darned if I can find anything on my sage.

There isn't an upgrade to Tendrils of Horror, for the same reason Abasement doesn't get an upgrade--slows simply don't scale up very well, and are too potent for them to upgrade to the point that we'd be happy with them.  So as far as I know, all but our Fulginous line of slows aren't getting upgrades for now.  On the bright side, this gives us a great excuse to take the M2 choice of Tendrils regardless <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Ah - I see.  Thanks for the info!  I respec'd specifically to snag the MII of Tendrils.
