Str vs Int for power

Which stat most affects base power and power regen, str or int? Thanks!

<p>Powerregen is only affected by good food, and flowing thought items, but not by any stats.</p><p>Else STR gives more base power than INT.</p>

<p>My build is INT first STA second Str/Wis last.</p><p>My AA line is: STA/INT/WIS SK Line: Reaver then Hate</p><p> My DPS can rival casters with well over 800 INT.  I've got nearly 750 STA buffed.</p><p> With this line you won't be a great Raid tank, but for grouping, and raid off tanking you're a monster.</p>

Last time, it was 75 % strength and 25% INT for power pool. Don't know if it still is true today? Heck, it used to be 75% strength and 25% wisdom during first few years. I am darn glad that WIS got changed into INT!
