I have 9 level 70 crafters on Kithicor, but I recently switched to Nagafen and began leveling a Sage there.  My Sage is 62 now, but he's stuck at 62, since he can't do writs.  All writs are broken for him.  Please see screenshots and additional detail below. This bug ONLY relates to my Gnome Sage on Nagafen.  My Halfling Sage on Kithicor can do the same writs perfectly. This also DOES NOT relate to my computer.  I have two computers side by side, writs don't work on my Nagafen Gnome Sage on either computer, but writs work perfectly for all my other 9 crafters regardless of computer. The bug:  Please note RUSH ORDER writ but no timer, and bag full of spells I've done that didn't update.  Not only am I not getting the timer, but the writs aren't updating as I make the spells. Also, this problem ONLY started with LU41, it didn't happen before then. Are writs broken for anyone else? <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.eq2flames.com/vbimghost.php?do=displayimg&imgid=1755" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.eq2flames.com/imagehosting/44761eebfe6a96.gif" border="0" alt="" /></a>I realize I'm just one guy and this is a problem that will probably be a nightmare to troubleshoot, but I'm asking, please help.  I've put a ton of time into this toon on Nagafen, and was very close to my third tradeskill title when writs stopped working.Thank you

That's funky and strange.  Standard questions:Are you using a custom UI?  If so, are you seeing similar duplication anywhere in the quest journal?Have you tried a full file scan from the launchpad?

I'm having the same issue.  I tried picking up a tier 7 rush order writ as soon as I hit 60 and the first problem was that the spells required for the writ were level 61, and saw no timer.  I went ahead and leveled to 61 and tried again.  Still noticed there was no timer.  I went ahead and tried making some of the spells and did not get an update with any of the ones I tried.  I tried the regular work orders next and they didn't update eitherFirst thing I tried to figure out if it was just that writ NPC, by the way this was in Neriak, so I asked a fellow guildie that had a tier 7 sage if they were having any problems, as well.  They did a quick check and everything was normal for them.  They happened to be in Freeport when they tried.  So, I made the trek over to Freeport to see if it was maybe just the Neriak writ NPC having problems only to find the same thing happening there as well.Just to note, I'm not using a custom UI.

<p>I'm having the same problem--T7 sage rush orders with no timer, and neither version giving me writ credit, while the ordered spells show up in my inventory instead. My sage is a high elf, and my instance is in Castleview Hamlet. </p><p> Any word on a resolution?</p>

Does it still happen if you delete the writ and get it again?

<p>Yes, tried that a couple of times on both rush and non-rush writs, also tried zoning out and camping all the way out--same thing.</p>

<p>Oh, and it's the same writ that LFG mentioned "A Quick Lesson in Time Management"</p><p> Thank you for the speedy reponse!</p>

This writ does appear to be bugged.  We'll get it hotfixed as soon as possible.

Well, bummer.  I thought they were fixed, because I can get the writ now, it shows the timer as I'm working on it, and I get updates from finishing each writ category.Only thing is, I can't turn in the finished writ for credit.A screenshot of what I mean is shown below - please note there is no "red book" to signify a completed quest about the NPC's head.  The NPC is saying I've completed the quest, and so is my quest journal.  Just nothing happens when I click "ok".<img src="http://www.EQ2Flames.com/imagehosting/4476868396182a.jpg" alt="" border="0" />Please help.Thank you <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Should I maybe just level up to 64 by grinding, then try again at that level?  This isn't the end of the world for me, if I can continue progressing at a higher level.  I'm just so close to my commissioner title lol, was wanting to finish that. Thanks!

Actually I saw that SOE attempted to fix this one:<div></div><div>however for Sage tier 7 writs at level 62, the writs are still not functioning. <div></div><div>"a Quick Lesson in Time Management (Rush)" and it's counterpart non-rush work order. </div><div></div><div>You get the timer (so that was fixed), you get quest 'ticks' for each completed spell (so thats fixed), however when you goto turn-in the quest with the rush order NPC you can NOT complete the quest. The NPC says "Hey nice work we knew you could do it!" but there is no triggered status, coin or other reward. </div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div></div>

<p>Same here. My level 63 Ratonga Sage is unable to turn in the writ <span class="postbody">"A Quick Lesson in Time Management (Rush)". The writ items were crafted in the required time frame with more than 4 minutes to spare. The NPC just talks about the rewards but does not update/complete the quest.I guess I need to level to 64 to get this going again.</span></p><span class="postbody"> Addendum</span><span class="postbody">: </span><span class="postbody">I can confirm too that the Sage level 64 rush orders work. Thank goodness! I /petitioned and /bugged the level 63 rush order problem. Did not receive a response to my petition.</span><span class="postbody"> </span>

Wish I would have seen this before I started, but I completed the L60 T7 sage tradeskill writ, but the foreman would not accept it.Also of note, the quest text wanted me to make a spell called "Nightshade Assassin" which does not exist. The spell "Nightshade" did complete that part of the writ however. The sage is a gnome troubador, if it matters.
