How does this racial tradition work for on Necro's?

Hi all. I want to make a Froglok Necromancer, because I'm wierd. Frogloks have a racial tradition that gives 2% heal crit. Does anyone know if this works on heal spells I cast on my pet? Does this work on any spell or power that I use to hurt the enemy and heal me as a result? Does this work on the Tainted Heal AA ability?Thanks for any information <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

It does work on pet heal spells  as far as the new rok cloth caster gear,but tianted heals is a flat 18% heal on your pet.  I dont ever recall seeing a critical heal off tainted heals.

I have gotten critical heals with tainted heals a few times before.  It healed around 2900, and when it crit it healed around 3700 or so, can't remember the exact numbers.

Dang, I've never got one before. It's always the same amount each time for me, my crit heal chance must really suck.
