After reading several of the recent threads on the theme, "What ever happened to....?", I was curious about just how many EQLive or EQoA characters (or their direct decendants), are present in EQ2.

We have Lucan of course, (as a lich)

Nagafen,

Vox (as undead),

Woushi,

Vhalen Nostrolo, (as a ghost),

Holly Windstalker (again as a ghost),

Fippy Darkpaw, (as a direct decendat)

Ambassabor D 'Vinn

Emperor Crush (as a decendant?)

Queen Cristianos (as a b**ch)

Raleam Christoff (as a Peacock club member)--although he never actually was in EQLive--just alluded to.

Now I have quite a few others, but I will not hog the stage and let someone else add to the list. There must be dozens, possibly hundreds.

Let me see if I can help you out with the list

Darathar=Dead

Harla Dar=Ruler of the Temple of Scale

Venekor=Beaten back in the lost temple of Cazic Thule retreated to the Halls of the Seeing.

Gorenair and talendor=Rulers of the Ascent of the Awakened

Lord Vyemm=Scheming dragon and ruler of his labratory

Tarinax, The Destroyer=A pile of bones and guardian chosen by Kerafyrm

Kerafyrm=Location Unknown, Abilities Questionable, Commands his 4 generals and his ultimate guardian.

I'll leave it at that letting others cover what they want to cover.

General D'Veers (Undead)

Mayong Mistmoore (ex-god)

Danak (Cazic Thule's Prophet)

Eva Corunno'thes (Tunare's Prophet)

Askr the Lost (Karana's Prophet)

Venril Sathir (Still a ******bag)

Xalgoz (Sarnak vampire - no relation to Mayong in any way.)

Sir Hobble (No longer a mostly blind, and british expeditionist, though his incompetence remains to be determined)

Squire Fuzzmin (Still competent.)

Fiddy Bobick (but is he really himself?)

Korocust (ghost)

The Tangrin (Still a big epic monkey, but not agro on site anymore)

Trakanon

Severilous

Silverwing

Phara'Dar

Druushk

Hoshkar

Nexona

Xygoz (All still existing in Veeshan's Peak)

Darathar, Venekor, and Tarinax never existed in EQlive. Don't know if they were in EQOA.

Bouncers Flerb, Fug, Hurd, and Prud - Undead, holding pieces of the Stein of MoggokClurg the Bartender - Undead, holding the blood ruby of the Stein of MoggokOpal Darkbriar - Formerly the Foci in Freeport, now serving time for her theft of SoulfireOpalla - Undead in Blackburrow...we get to relive Gynok Moltar's slaying of her (although I thought he just cut off her hand. I may be mistaken on this)Garanel Rucksif - Still in Unrest, and there's a descendant of some sort that shares his name in the bell tower of AntonicaEsorpa of the Ring - From what I hear, deceasedJaled`Dar's Shade - This one I'm not too sure about. There's that large image of Jaled`Dar that appears in the Field of Bone at night...I'm wondering if it has any connection to his Shade that we last saw in the Dragon NecropolisFright, Dread and Terror - Fright is in an instance in Temple of Cazic Thule. Terror is in the Shard of Fear. Have we any sign of Dread? The Dracoliche - Shard of Fear

Just to name one I found interesting..Tolan Darkwood .. A name familiar to any EQ1 ranger. He's still around, and quite comfy in Terren's Grasp. The famed "Arrow Bracer" from EQ1 was named after him.. Tolan's Darkwood Bracer.. I assume it should be referred to as Tolan Darkwood's Bracer from now on though

It has no concious or instinct, or anything else. It's just an illusion. His actual shade and soul is in Dragon Necropolis.

Vegilys Keldrane - Ghost down in the Crypt of Betrayal

Thats Cool, when the Freeport Militia ask you where I can be found, I want you to give them the same answer. By the way those Crossroads guards had it coming.

(It was a joke, that's my character).

Its plausible for Lu'Sun to be alive, ancient monk techniques and all, maybee he transcended but came back. I could think of half a dozen roleplay scenarios. But they mostly involve Lu'Sun and a very Randy trakanasaur (I never liked Lu'Sun).

Probley not the same guy anyway. He doesnt hit as hard as in EQLive or he' probley not taking his Gerital.

Cusashorn wrote:

Darathar, Venekor, and Tarinax never existed in EQlive. Venekor I believe is the child of the dragon Toxxulia *SP* that ruled over Toxxulia swamp and another dragon. I never heard of or seen Darathar, however I know there were 2 more dragons besides Nagafen and Vox. 1 in a mountain range another in the Desert of Ro. After Frontiers came out there were 2-3 more dragons added in with Toxxulia being one of them.

I don't think Dorn was a D'vinn...he was just Dorn.Ambassador D'vinn has become Emperor D'vinn..and if you ready the text on it...apparently Emperor Crush is long dead. D'vinn convinced him to go on some journey someplace and he never came back. and D'vinn took the throne.
