Disabling Tooltips in Tradeskill Window?

<p>In the patch notes for LU41 I saw this on the last line under Interface:</p><p>"Tooltips can now be disabled in the tradeskill window."</p><p>But I can NOT find an option for this ANYWHERE.  I normally use my hot bars for my craft, as I prefer it that way.  But for Frostfell I'm just clicking the buttons in the tradeskill window.  I'm using an add-on that hasn't enabled being able to hit 1-6 to activate the buttons in the crafting window.  So I HAVE to click the buttons.  Which I don't mind...  Except that blasted tooltip is constantly in my face.</p><p>I know I can just disable my tooltips in general, but I REALLY don't want to have to do that.  It said they added this option...  But where is it?!?!!?  I've looked through all my options several times, and have had friends looking too.  No one has it.</p>
