<p>I logged in today to check out my achiement spec's on my toon, and got the message that I needed to upgrade my account to view my character achievements and leveling history. I had been subscribed to the advanced character profiles, and as far as I knew, I still was.</p><p>I checked my account, and my billing rate had changed to 14.99 (From 17.99), and that there was no longer an option available to get the advanced character profiles by itself.</p><p>When did this change? Shouldn't there have been some sort of email sent out to the customers to let them know that their account billing, subscriptions etc. had changed? Or that certain packages would no longer be supported?</p><p>As far as I could tell, the only way to get those options again, would be to pay the 29.99 for the Station Access.</p><p>Has anyone else experienced this problem?</p>

<p>I'm in the same boat. SOE just decided not to charge me for the advanced Players bundle and now I don't have access. I received an email a couple of weeks ago saying they were going to refund me my money because a problem didn't allow me access, but they had fixed the problem. I can't believe not giving me access for a month is their way of refunding me the money.</p><p>And I do pay the $29.99 Station Access and they took away the bundle. </p>

What exactly is going on here? I have Station Players Access and I can't see profiles anymore either. Could someone explain why please? What do I have to do to get it back? This is getting old.

I have the same issue. I also received an email a few weeks ago stating that they were sorry that I could not access and were giving me a free month and now I cannot access it anymore.

I just paid for the bundle again a few days ago... it started working. And today it again says I'm not subscribed... Even though my payment history shows the payment a few days ago. What's going on?

I had the issue a while back, yelled, screamed, complained and it got fixed, eventually when they fixed it for everyone, they gave me 4 days of my EQ2 account subscription for free to compensate, and all was well with the world.</p><p> Then I got the email saying i would get a refund for the features paid for for one month, same email as has been noted by others....and boom, a few days later, my features aren't working again. GAH!!!</p><p>Better get to asking for support before they take off for the holidays!</p>

I got the same thing today. I am confused as to why this happened. I have to wait a couple more hours before I can call SoE to figure out what's happened. I pay the 32 bucks a month and now it was reduced to 29. Looking at my account I have changed nothing. I did not receive any E-Mail like some of the other posters here. I am at a loss here and I see I am not the only one.

<p>I realized today I'm having the same issue. I'd reccomend a phone call to customer service for those of you having this problem (and anything like this you feel ignored on). I'm not going to call on new years day but I will tomorrow.</p><p>The account info site is very buggy and more than half the time clicks lead to errors, it does not lead to comfort entering credit card numbers when you get errors on submit and hope you only submitted it once and not 12 times.</p><p>I have 3 accounts, did not check the other 2 yet but I'd bet same boat (they are not station pass as account 1 is but I always get guild chat). A few months ago I just happened to look and after about 30 tries to log in to account info finally without an error, I saw I was changed to extra things I didn't want and taken off guild chat which I had before and I had to redo it.</p>

In a way, I'm glad others are having this problem too and it's not just me however this is extremely annoying.I got the email also from SOE about the refund (about two months ago) so now I'm being charged $14.99 instead of the usual amount with the extra stuff - I have next to no access in EQ2Players any longer either. What is the [Removed for Content] point?Unless it's been posted elsewhere (if so, please link me to it), there's been no explanation from SOE about this. Once again, another problem where nothing has been disclosed or confirmed as being a problem. Seriously, SOE - get your crap together.

It seems we have the same problem as has what has happened in the past. SOE have unselected the option in our profiles - thus we have no access. Once we select the option again, we'll be charged again.SOE - Why is this occurring? I have <b>not</b> gone into my account and unselected this option so why has this been done for me? And without <b>ANY</b> notice whatsoever? If you can email me to advise that you are refunding monies as to what happened prior with this exact same problem, then why not email me to advise that I will be affected by whatever this problem originates from?I fully expect to receive an email in the next 3 months saying the exact same thing: We are going to refund a month's worth of the bundle due to a stuff-up.... So we've heard from Gnobrin on the 2nd that everyone is back and ready to get back into things EQ2 at SOE...My question is: Does <b>anyone</b> from SOE check these sub-forums?SOE, if I didn't state this before, I'd like an answer to this problem - although I would've thought that would be self-evident.I don't think I should have to cop another charge on my credit card just to get access again when I already <b>HAD</b> access prior to this annoying problem.
