Character Profile Updates

<p>Hi</p><p> Ok I searched all over for this topic and can't seem to find it. I am wanting to know why the Character Profiles aren't being updated regularly? I use this tool for a lot of different things and its still showing the last time I logged in as being December 2, 2007. I realize that there are other bigger issues at hand, just want to know what is going on and if it could be fixed soon?</p>

I've gone back and forth with Sony over the weekend, got the same typical automated response questions (which I had already answered in my original post), gave up trying to email them and tried chatting with a csr yesterday.  Turns out that the chat feature was down too, but I wasn't told that until I had already entered all my info; what a waste of time!  Today it all should be back to normal as the station exchange is back up and running, save for character transfers.  My info is finally mostly correct, except for my transmuting skill.  Why couldn't they have just said that it was down and that it affected character profile updates from the get-go when I first submitted my request?  That's bad customer service in my opinion.

Don't bother. That's their trademark since EQ2player's launch. Poor at everything. What's more can we expect of them. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

well my character got added and updated... but the information is wrong from the day it updated... its listing me as being lvl 18, when i dinger 22 on that day lol, its also got the incorrect tradeskill level and doesnt list transmuting at all, gear is up to date, but the rest of the information is wrong (although it finally did update and give me a guild, and finally put me on the guild roster)... whats funny is that the character creation date is even wrong

By the way, I was shocked when my profile finally got updated since Nov 24th of no updates.. Check your profiles if you got it too..
