I thought I recalled reading something about this at some point before I'd actually leveled past 70, but I apparently fail at search, since I could turn up nothing.

Is it just me or are the mystic combat arts not scaling up in damage anymore? Am I just confused and they only scaled up at the 10's of levels? (I was 70 when EOF was released so I have no clue how they scaled pre 70 to be honest).

I really didn't pay attention while I was leveling, but, if you like, I can take screen shots of all the abilities at L80, with no buffs and no equipment. It can then be compared to someone else doing the same at L70 or any of the interim levels to see how it shakes out.

That would be one way for us to find out what they are doing.

During the RoK beta, they did not scale up, but this was fixed in the last week or so before release. I remember looking at my combat arts at level 70 and then 71 to make sure, but I haven't checked since then.

Question from a little 45 Mystic : from where did you get the "Tundra Slam" ? Since it shows no adept/apprentice level and i haven't noticed it till now.

We get an extra melee smack for our racial.

I didn't have to take 4/1 STA to get the shield bash, I just use Tundra Slam instead. Actually, even moreso because I can use Tundra Slam without having a shield equipped.Usually when I'm solo'ing I'll use Phalanx in one fight and Tundra Slam in the next because the recast timers aren't quite fast enough to use both in every fight.
