Provisioner Volume 80

The vendor outside the tradeskill instance only sells Provisioner skills up to volume 79.  Where is Volume 80?

<p>I don't think there is one for lvl80. My sage doesn't have a lvl80 book as well. The lvl80 spells are in the volume 79.</p><p>I think it was always like this for the maxlevel, isn't it?</p>

Just remember to make all of your lvl 80 Ad3's for all your char's before the next cap raise, or they'll switch to the new tier rares just like they always do.
