<p>Has anyone found a good T8 buckler for a MT? I found links to 2 - one in CoA and a fabled one. Neither has better protection than Festering Flesh. Seems pretty sad to me that a T7 legendary has better protection that a T8 fabled, and for pure DPS Howler still seems best. Maybe this is Sony's way to nerf the STA tree for MTs - Crappy T8 loot. Please let me know if you found a good one for a MT (link if posisble).</p><p>My guild is just about ready to take on T8 raid content. As MT I hate to loose the DPS, but I may need to go with a Tower Shield spec. We are a casual guild that raids - I'm in KoS fabled. For those of you who have done the T8, T1 zones, how hard are they? How adequate is this? Can I stay alive with Festering Flesh, or will I need my Tower Shields? We wont all be 80 yet when we start to raid (I will be).</p><p>In T7 I was tower shield speced since we struggled with EoF instances - I used the defender kite shield with hate proc on trash and the quenos guard or Tower Shield of Strife on named. With all the new AA I was hoping to go Buckler, but i'm unsure. Agro seemed fine with this as long as people waited a bit on the AOEs - single target was rarely a problem - often without a dirge.</p><p>TIA for any input you can give</p>
