1 hour downtime announced = 2-3 hours downtime

Why is this getting out of hand last weeks ? If you need 2-3 hours downtime then announce it please and dont write 1 hour. Sucks to plan playing just to see the servers 2 hours longer down then announced.

This is probably related to hardware fixes to solve the crashes they have been getting.  But I do agree that the messages should be more accurate.  However, this doesn't happen very often except lately with the expansion release, and that is somewhat expected.
