What is the stat cap set to now?

I was running with 1160 strength during a raid yesterday and was testing out if equipping the battleworn canteen (+18 str) had any effect.. and it did.. although minimal really. +20 power (or so) and +1 min/max damage on auto attack. While returns seem to be greatly diminished after 1000, even at 1160 I was still receiving some returns. What is the current cap where by no more of that stat will have any benefit?

  I believe it is still 15xlvl.. as at 70 it was 1050 .. at 80 it should be 1200.
