Authentication: 10% Hate from STR line

<p>Can anyone tell me 100% whether the extra 10% hate from the STR line either stacks with the 50% hate cap?  I mean how do you know it does?  From my knowledge there is no way to parse hate so how do you know with teh 50% hate cap that the extra 10% is taken into consideration.  </p><p>So if you choose the extra hate from the STR line + the 50% hate cap does that mean you have or = 60% hate??  If that is the case, how do you know for sure - because i don't see the sense in spending points in the hate if we can't tell for sure.</p>

I guess I am unclear what it means as well.  Does it even have anything to do with Tranfers since we aren't generating that hate and it says "Increases the hate gain of the caster".   It seems it would be the hate we generate from our own CA's/items/attacks.  Does the description of our CA's change when you take this skill?  On the same note if you are at 50% hate already our taunts still work so there is more than one mechanic involved in hate generation.

AFAIK it's never been clarified, but it seems that it would raise your hate up to the 50% limit. Anything above that is a waste.Generally though you're much better off increasing your DPS, and therefore increasing your hate by doing additional damage, than hate gain alone.

Hate gain cap is 50%, yes. Note the keyword there is gain.. not trasnfer. And yes, you can spend your points alot more wisely than in the hate gain AA - it's a waste.
