Deleted PvP Toons return to haunt me

<p>I am not certain if anyone has posted abut this yet or if anyone is experiencing this however the toons I was playing on PvP test that I have deleted are suddenly back in my character roster, and  because the server is constantly locked I am unable to re- delete them. This wouldn't be a big deal except that since all my slots on test are full their return has made the last two toons I created vanish, obviously they will return once the PvP toons are deleted again. Basically I just want to know if (again) the PvP server will ever be unlocked so I can delete these monstrosities and return to my normal state of existance on Test!</p><p>Thanks as always.</p>

I too have one on pvptest that I cannot delete. It hasnt been an issue since I only have a few characters on test, but it may change someday and I'll need more characters there.
