<p>Scourge - when exactly does this spell work and when does this spell not work.</p><p>I have used this spell numerous times against mobs to see if it works as I had previously thought it to be only a PVP spell.</p><p>Numerous times it did not do anything to the mob (yes, the mob had a buff to strip)</p><p>Last night I cast it (by accident - Fat Fingers ftl) on a Skellie near Ganaks crypt in kunzar it hit for 1300 and stripped a buff cant remember what.</p><p>Cast it again on a mob in sebilis one of the SK mobs which had caress and it did nothing.</p><p>tbh I would love (and see no reason why not) to have this as a useable pve nuke regardless of stripping buffs.</p><p>Anyway can someone please explain scourge to me.</p>
