OK..so druids get the rings...Templars have their port home spell......In a fit of pure selfishness and egotism I have decided I too want a travel spell or perhaps if not maybe an invis <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/ed515dbff23a0ee3241dcc0a601c9ed6.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />. We are Shaman after all. How about Umbral travel. We could invis in a manner similar to the umbra quest in LP or make it a port spell via graveyards. I think it would be a very cool way for the devs to apologize for making me cast my stupid dog over and over.P.S. It would be great if it could be in my spell journal by Feb. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

It would be great if it could be in my spell journal by Feb. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></blockquote><p>Congrats!  SOE just announced the new Shamen travel ability!  It's called "path of tears".  It works like this:  you select  your destination from a list of obscure and random predetermined locations, and your character automatically begins walking there at Walk/Run Walk speed.  All abilities are greyed out until your character arrives at the destination while a nice, soothing tribal drum musical anthem plays in the background *think splitpaw* (acutally, this part does sound cool, so scratch that).  Along the way, if you path into an angry mob or the path takes you over a clif, your character strikes a stoic pose and goes into "martyr" mode.  Especially fun on the PVP servers!!!</p><p>Locus, 73 Defiler - Nagafen</p>

...In all seriousness, I think you are forgetting about our class-defining travel spell "Death-Portal".  I've had it since level 1.  It is simple to use, just stand in front of any heroic mob and attemp to cast your group ward.  After watching the "Casting..." bar reset about 5 times, you'll be presented with a list of far away places you can jump to immediately.   Very handy.

I'd like my Ratonga defiler and my Froglok wizard to get frisky and produce a defiler than can also invis, evac, and has a travel spell. A root and a 10000-20000 point nuke on a 1-second recast timer would be nice, but I don't want to sound greedy. ---preferably by next week please, devs.

Yea thats a little too greedy............everything except the root seems perfectly acceptable though <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

<p>Shamans could use something like "Spirit Walk" that makes you invisible (except to undead), grants featherfall (like Fae/High Elf/Dark Elf) and underwater breathing or waterwalking (walk ON TOP of water). Maybe even a group version of that spell at higher levels.</p>

Well, you can have the travel spells, and I'll keep the wards, debuffs and overall healing power... ok?  Since im not trading that for some [Removed for Content] travel spell when I can use numerous other items/friends to travel around.
