Missing characters in character select

<p>This issue has been going on for weeks now.  Sometimes they are there when I first log in, but then when i try and change characters, half of them are missing.</p><p>Please fix this asap!</p>

here, it's related to login problems. Usually when half are listed, I can't log on those either... crashes to desktop each time
