Blacktalon Summoners in PoA, where?

Ive got a writ that wants me to kill a bunch of these guys.  I swear i searched everywhere, and I cant find em.  I tried killing the conjurers, invokers, and counselors seeing as they all have pets, but nothing updates.Any ideas?  BTW its the Freeport writ Aviak Elemental Spells

Did you check the area where the one named Droag summoner guy spawns?  It's one of the rooms across from the Ironfang's spawn point; I could swear that's where summoners where last time I was there.

the guys with the fire orbs?  yep tried them too.  they used to be summoners, but they had their name changed awhile back when they changed it so you can kill placeholders for claymore updates.
