Well was just wanting to say hello to all my new and upcoming fellow mates. Just bought the box and got my month free + another month card so I'll be on here for a while. The only problem I've had so far would have to be the fact that I went thru the content in the trials in a matter of hours. From 1-10 took me 4 hours at most so then I was itching for more, and of course bought the game.I hope this doesn't dissapoint like my last few games, and am looking foward to some new, epic adventures. Until then..-Kayedn

Welcome.

I hope you enjoy your EQ2 adventures.

The low levels do tend to go past very fast (they need to hook you after all). However, even though leveling slows down, you will find plenty of quests to keep you going.

Yeah, this is definantly one of the most developed MMORPG's out there. I hope you enjoy it

Heh, the only problem I'm having is picking a class that sticks with me.Warlock was just meh, you simply DoT then skipped around.Beserker was actually not that bad, just a little plain on the skill side of things.Warden was decent just the quest area I'm in currently isn't all that attractive to me as I'm running 90% of the time, fighting 10%. Not very much fun =-/The Swash I played was ok.. don't remember why I stopped, though.Anyone have a good solid char suggestion? Something that can solo and is decent in groups and can actually get into a clan (no SK's please)thanks

Well, getting to 10 doesn't really give you much of a feel for a class, though you can decide if you prefer melee to casting and such.Best soloers tend to be the pet classes (conjuror, necro, enchanter), swashies, brigands, monks and bruisers. Wardens and furies are the best soloers of the healers. Any class can solo, though. Just a matter of how fast and how dangerous you like it.Grouping, it really doesn't matter. Groups need tanking, healing, and dps, and can do without any of these at any given time depending on how much they have of the other 2, and where they're grouping.Guilds, it depends on what kind of guild you want. Family? Casual? Raiding? Hardcore raiding? There are lots of choices out there. The only ones you'll have a hard time getting into are the raiding guilds, as they generally have definite class needs and requirements.
