any cool looking armor?

my sarnak paladin is lvl 26, and all the plate armor i can find is super plain looking.  I've seen screenshots of people with badass looking armor/helms, where/when can i hope to find such things? :>

one of the best looking sets is your t4 rare set (Feysteel) which you can wear at 32.  Alot of of the rest is set gear which doesn't really start until your near 70
