Righteous or Vanguard

If I'm going to buy incarnadine at 72, as a paladin will I be better off with agility or wisdom?Thx in advance for replies <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>I would either go (depending upon your role and you insist upon RoK Mastercrafted) with either Vangaurd or Devout, I wouldn't touch plate at all, it isn't going to do you any good.</p><p>Vanguard is more tank oriented STR/AGI/STA with devout is more DPS oriented STR/STA/INT.</p><p>But to be honest, I think I'd just go get my Pally/SK EoF armor.  Won't cost you as much and is pretty easy to get.</p>

you should still have the ability to get groups to do CoV/OoB/Unrest, I know people on my server are still running them.  The only 'hard' pieces to get are the 'contested' ones.  CMM, MMC and Kaladim because they don't always drop the armor and they aren't always up when you go.

<p>Um...the new righteous armor is Str/Sta/Wis...I made myself a set and I'm just notw heading back to RoK to test it out.</p><p>I'm not sure I like the drop in AGI I took by going with this but for a temporary set till I can find some legendary gear it should work fine.</p>

In the end I bought some incarnadine vanguard for when I ding 72. Also finished hoo loh's helm quest and got a fabled bracer.

<p>I went with Vanguard.  Sure, I had a mix of armor that probably was about the same (some Kyle Bayle legendary, some legendary plate, one fabled plate pair of boots, and one Mastercrafted plate 62 piece)... but I had some money to waste.</p><p>Plus, the look isn't too bad.</p>

<p>  Going into to RoK I was a mix of EoF Leg set and some fabled stuff and at lvl 72 I was taking a beating.  After messing around in Fens in the righteous set, doing solo quest lines, I noticed that I was taking a bit less damage.  With the +Wis my resists jumped up a bunch which I noticed resulted in me resisting a lot more mob attacks.  Another benefit was the added power, which being the power hoe I am helps out.  On the down side, without the +Agi my avoidance is down a touch but not so much that it's causing problems, yeah I'm getting hit a bit more but with the lvl 72 mit versus mit from T7 armor it about cancels out I think.</p><p> Bottom line, for soloing I'm liking the rigtheous set mainly for the extra power I'm getting but if I was doing any MT in groups at all I would stick to the vanguard.  I certainly wouldn't try to stay in this armor set very long, just holds me over til I can get my hands on better stuff.</p>
