<p>I am wondering. What other games out there have pet classes like ours? I dont mean MMOG's. I'm thinking a standalone game for my PC or PS3. I do have a PS2, but I'd rather not get an older game. I might not be averse to buying a 360 if the game is good enough. The reason I'd prefer a standalone game in this case is because I dont want to have worry about nerfage once I find a cool thing I like. </p><p>The reason I created the Conjuror (original main) was because of how much I loved the pet casting in FF7. Subsequently, FF is a big deal for me in console games. But perhaps you all can suggest something else?</p>

Your a summoner who controls a party of demons. There are multiple demon types you can recruit or level a select few. It isnt a very well known game, however, and may be hard to locate</p>

Right off the top of my head is the old, and I mean old, standard Diablo 2. It has a necro class with lots of pets, debuffs ect. I dont play too many stand alone games so thats the only one I can think of at the moment

From all the legends and lore to stratagy/action games , undead factions and units are bar none when it comes to efficency. Undead armies are pricesless and always in supply. I have played a necro on every game that offers the option or undead faction per - say. The only time i never rolled a necro was on the eq2 pvp release, i went with the troub for obviouse reasons, garontied loots n groups becouse there were only 5 of us on both sides during the first 2 months . Anyways I rerolled a necro alt and it is still the best class  due to the versitility and striaght up survivablity.  two words , life taps and curses FTW <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
