Everyone is saying how great the drops from the RoK expansion is (which I have) and that they have basically made MC gear obsolete. My question is, am I gimping myself by playing in the Arasai lands and not going to TD? I thought the drops in the Neriak area were good compared to the drops from CL and and that Q area

2nd question is, is there a website that shows the PvP rewards?

Thanks!

Well yes, the gear from DLW is superior to the old gear of CL and ANT. MC gear is still pretty good. However, compared to some of the gear from really really really easy quests at low levels in TD is far superior to that of DLW. Not only does it have more of better stats, it also has resists and higher mitigation...at lower levels. Just read any of the numerous threads on it to see if u would consider yourself being gimped from that. FYI, nothing stopping you from making your way to TD and doing the quests though, unless you just want to stay in DLW.

Gimping yourself? Only at T2 and into T3. You will eventually have to replace that gear also until you get to 65+ when you can return to the expansion.

I am not sure about the pvp gear stats sorry.

Use carpet from wunderlust fair to sinking sands, then use carpet from sinking sands to TD. Once your there you can start at chickori island (sp?) by swinging around to the right side of the dock and up the hill to the griffon tower. That is the starting area (I think) and will lead you all the way up to Mok Rent in the 10-20 quests.

GL.

I made the trip from Darklight Woods a few days ago using the route that Sebhan describes. The quests and drops are very good. It is definately the place to be. I still get ganked but not as much as in DLW. Also, as I pick up some of this gear I am a more likely to survive the ganking long enough to do a little damage before I die.

Good luck
