Not sure if anyone else covered this or not, but here's a collection quest book that I completed that tells an origin story of the Sarnak. Fascinating story to be sure.<img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-1.jpg" alt="" border="0" /><img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-2.jpg" alt="" border="0" /> <img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-3.jpg" alt="" border="0" /> <img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-4.jpg" alt="" border="0" /> <img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-5.jpg" alt="" border="0" /> <img src="http://www.mattcrews.com/images/eq2/unclaimed-eye/unclaimed-eye-6.jpg" alt="" border="0" />

Thanks for posting this, I haven't had the urge to take my Sarnak through the paces and see the sights, but I am most interested in the lore behind them none-the-less.Those works were obviously written by a Sarnak, and are clearly tainted by his opinions, but it still offers good insight into their creation and how they feel about it, as well as raising a few questions. It's also interesting b/c they rationalize that they killed their "own gods" and are therefore a great race, referring to their creators as gods, and yet it sounds like they have a reverence, or at least a strong respect for Cazic Thule. So, it would seem that they consider themselves the true children of Cazic Thule, the far-removed final result of Cazic's original intention when creating his choosen people. I'm kind of surprised that they aren't keener on their dragon heritage, it's only mentioned in passing really.

Is this a collection or a book-book? I'd like to get my hands on it.

Yes, this story is clearly written from the new Sarnaks perspective. I doubt most of the beginning is true where as the parts about how they feel about the DiZok and Iksars are probably the meat of this book. It gives them a sense of empowerment it seems.

it would seem the sarnak are unaware of the entire planes of power incident. they wouldn't be the first to try and kill their creators

Good read, I wish it was a bit longer, with more detail though. But I enjoyed it, thanks for sharing it.

The pages are relatively cheap on broker for Kithicor and found myself finishing it up that way. </p><p>I found it quite interesting that the Gorowyn Sarnak are the creations of the creations so to speak. </p>
