Passive buff ward not factoring in heal bonuses?

I have noticed that the passive ward buff (Runic Aegis, and then also when I upgraded to Runic Armor) have not been factoring in the heal bonuses anymore since the expansion. While the description SAYS it should be warding against 199 points of dmg, it's only showing in my heal window as the spell's base value of 133, then regenerating the same 133, the amount before the heal bonuses were applied. I've bug reported it once already, but was wondering if anyone else was noticing this as well. If so, the more bug reports the better!

Yeah, this is a bug with which happens whenever you zone. If you re-buff yourself you should get the full amount. It's an annoyance for sure.On a side note, I'm do think they tweaked the way the buff gets a heal bonus as I'm pretty sure adding any more +heal didn't seem to effect it for me. As well it seems that pre-RoK it was warding for more (240  vs 180 with master T7 version). But, I don't have anything concrete to point to been just taking things in stride until I finish levelling <img src="/smilies/1cfd6e2a9a2c0cf8e74b49b35e2e46c7.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
