Please help. I pre-ordered ROK and have been playing up until today. My toon's AA has been reset and I can't get access to ROK anymore. I called SOE and waited over an hour. It was a Long Distance phone call too. And no answer! Also sent email through the web and in game service tag. Also tried the customer support chat, which now, I found out that it is down. I think SOE should give all their customers whose has gone through this something in return. Very Frustrating.
