So I've read through the two hot posts going in the Mystic section:http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=393411andhttp://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=395190A majority of the concern is regarding a lack of itemization and after reading this post on eq2flames - somewhat of that concern is legitimate. I don't think I've seen a SoE dev post so much as in that post -- I'm not sure why they get more for response there then here. But apparently some changes are coming down the pipe in the next updates. Also remember this expansion is only TWO WEEKS old. We haven't seen 90% of the items still to say for sure that everything is bad. SoE has tendency put things in no matter what because they stick to their schedule wether the expansion filled with bugs or not. That's why I expect to see ton's of fixes in the first three months. There are some other legitimate concerns regarding AA's, spells, etc that others have brought to the table. But if you want these changes to occur then you need to lead the charge and not simply complain. What does this mean? Create posts that outline what the current problems (as you see) are and propose changes that you think are legitimate. Not posts, such as gear sucks, aa's suck, power regen,....etc. You have to bring hard data and information, and create hundreds of posts and try to get enough notice to get the appropriate changes. I've seen many people try this in the past Mystique, Banditman, Ordate, and others. If you really care about the class then that's what required -- take charge and lead, don't just bellyache.Ask others to go out and get data for you to present, but it's not easy and if people don't initially help you can't simply insult them(as I've seen in the two above posts). It's easy enough to say and not do, but a) I'm cynical and don't expect much to change b) I don't expect to be playing too much longer because RL reasons.
