Raiding advice?

<p>Hey all,</p><p> I recently joined a raiding guild and I am looking for advice from you vets.  I seem to consistantly come in last or near last on the parse which I am sure is largely do to most of the guild being better geared then I am.  I just want to make sure that its not me though, and too see if maybe there is anything I can do to increase my dps other then just getting upgrades.</p><p> 1.  How do you use your combat arts while raiding?  Currently I just spam them as they pop up but if that is not effective Id love to hear about other tactics.  I normally spam them all, then auto attack til something comes back up.  I am using a 72 mastercraft 4.0 delay wep so I can get some 1000+ auto attack hits.</p><p> 2.  How big a difference in dps can I expect if I upgrade everything to adept3 or master1?  This is a area I know that I lack in but I wasnt sure just how big a hit it can make on me.  Id expect to be lower in dps then those with full adept3/master 1 but this much lower?</p><p> 3.  Poisons?  I currently use Caustic poison.  Is this the preferred poison for raiding?</p><p> 4.  Spec. I am currently Wis/Agi/Str.  This part seems to be fairly common with alot of other swashy.</p><p> 5.  Temp buffs.  How do you use yours?  I wasnt sure if I should hit all 4 at the same time, or only use 1 at a time.</p><p> I would appreciate any advice/tips I could get because I really would like to make a good impression and not just be mediocre dps.  I dont expect to be #1 but coming in under the MT is prob not where I should be right now hehe.  I dont consider myself a bad player by any means but while leveling up and single grouping I have never had to worry about being perfect.  Now I am looking to devour the end game its time to step it up.  Looking forward to your advice. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

Don't forget the other 2 color poisons as well.</span></p><p> 4.  Spec. If you're using a single 1H weapon you should probably have finished AGI and WIS then done STR for the crits.
