If you had a pre-order for the Rise of Kunark and the billing failed then the feature was removed on 11/26/07. Unfortunately due to a bug in the system it is removing it from peoples accounts that had the billing fail even if they had gone and purchased it again prior to 11/26/07. If you have had this happen the best course of action is to get in touch with us through our phone support and we can fix it for you.Now if you only had the pre-order and that failed and you have not purchased a regular copy of the game then at this point you will just need to purchase it and you will see your character back the way it was.I do apologize about any inconvenience this may have caused and if you have any other problems from this please feel free to send me a PM and I will look into it.<span class="postbody">*****UPDATE***** We have run another script that should have fixed the majority of people with this problem. If you are still not seeing the expansion then you will need to contact us so that we can further investigate.</span>
