<p>This skill is falling way behind the rest which are close to the max. How can I raise it?</p>

Another one of the stupid spell-skills that has no actual use - it's the skill on how well you 'augment your allies' - buffing, that is.As soon as they implement a 'critical buff' or something, fine, it has a use. But not yet.And another thing, what exactly does Ministration do? Does it affect your heal crit ratio?- Nilla

You don't say what level you are:  if you have both Roots (single and group target), cast them as often as you can..one is Ordination, one is Subjugation, and I can never remember which is which.From what I understand of these:   If you examine your spells, you'll see a range of healing that they will do.  If it says..say...'heals for 500-750, then over time for 55-76' (for example), ministration skilled up will make sure that the heal lands in the upper range of the spell (since heals are not resisted).I am pretty sure it doesn't affect your crit ratio...that's other stats, but affects how much the heal will crit FOR.

It is Subjugation that affects roots, snares, control spells. Ministration affects the power cost of cures and heals.

<p>Hi all , Friendly neighborhood warden here <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /> ..... @#%$! ng stupid #$%@ idiots [Removed for Content] .... how many times do i have to tell you people, The group root is ordination skill , because of the debuff on it , sorry just a little joke there.</p><p>But seriously it does help to read your spells.... ordination is anything to do with buffing and debuffing</p><p>To the OP: Hmmm thats weird that your ordination is falling behind ... i guess your not casting your buffs enough , just cancel and recast them to raise the skill. But it is a pretty useless skill untill you have a debuff to use. There is also a vampire debuff spell we can get from the bloodline chronicles that is ordination to.</p>
