Is anyone else having troubles trying to get to the live chat option i sony's support page? I either get a server exception error, or it asks me to verify my email, which I do, and is the same email ive used for the last 3 years, and yet it NEVER sends me a confirmation email, and NEVER allows me access to sony's inoperable support website. So i take it Sony does not wish to give its customers support they deserve. I have been trying futively to contact sony, and I have no way to contact sony except through this post. EVERY other option does not work. ive tried it on 6 different computers i 6 different area codes, even had my family on the other side of the nation try to access these web pages, and they cannot be accessed. Oh, and thats AFTER logging in fro meither eq2players.com, or everquest2.com. again, no matter what I do, it wont work. its like sony decided they dont like me anymore and have made EVERYTHING I try to do regarding eq2 not work.

what hapens when you try the Search the Knowledge base link at the top right of the forum then the Chat Tab?
