Is anyone else having troubles trying to get to the live chat option i sony's support page? I either get a server exception error, or it asks me to verify my email, which I do, and is the same email ive used for the last 3 years, and yet it NEVER sends me a confirmation email, and NEVER allows me access to sony's inoperable support website. So i take it Sony does not wish to give its customers support they deserve. I have been trying futively to contact sony, and I have no way to contact sony except through this post. EVERY other option does not work. ive tried it on 6 different computers i 6 different area codes, even had my family on the other side of the nation try to access these web pages, and they cannot be accessed.
