Bloodletter should kick in right after unconsious health...it's like a double back up.

Read the descriptions, they're completely different. Pools increases your unconscious HP whereas Bloodletter just puts you back to full HP.

Yeah. That's what I think. With or without pools of blood, bloodletting still heals us back to full if we die. No difference.

I guess only good use of pools of blood is that if bloodletting got dispelled..

Hey. I re-read bloodletting description closer.. I realize that pools of blood actually holds its same usefulness even with bloodletting.

Bloodletting specificially states IF TARGET DIES then it will trigger drawing blood from your comrades to you..

Pools of blood only extends a buffer in unconcious health to buy time for healer to heal you WITHOUT triggering bloodletting..

Unconcious health = not death.. Pools of blood basically reduces the chance of using up the trigger number of bloodletting and reduces chance of stealing life off comrades.

At first, I thought bloodletting triggers when health hits 0 so I thought what use of it.. But no, it triggers when health is well below 0 but needs to DIE at the point past unconcious health..

For good tank, bloodletting+pools of blood = better tank, heh.

If that is true, if you "die" at -2k health, you you have to be given that back as well as your max health with bloodletter? If this is the case and you have 8k health and have to pay back the buffer its 10k thats taken from your group, they are gonna love you for that .

Then we have every reason to get our hands on MASTER level of bloodletting to minimize that effect with pools of blood.

I have both, and yes its an awesome spell. This is what I have notice, My unconscience health is about -2400, when I die I only go about 3/4 to full health. Both imo are a must. But tell your healers. I have had healers throw there hands up when they think I am dead. I am like YO I am not dead HEAL ME....

It will go on to any person who joins your group. It is like a standard group buff.

Ok .. and does it still has the restriction that the group has to be at least 3 players ? I'e read that somewhere in the forums, the spell however doesn't say anything about that.

Ok.. forget the question, just read this thread : http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=397464

I think there's something else going on when it happens but usually when bloodletter triggers I either don't notice because I got one-shotted and I'm instantly back at full health or I'm too busy trying to save a group/raid.It should be healing you up to full. Which means, if you have 10k health, and a -2.5k health pool and a bloodletter proc on, you need to get hit with 25k damage before you die. Once you get the 7 piece T4 fabled bonus and get another proc, that's 37.5k. A raid tanking SK with 15k health and a defiler in the group will be able to withstand about 54k damage before dying. This is quite possibly the best tank ability in the game. Pools of blood only make it better.
