Quest drops from grey mobs in TD

Did they carry the tradition of letting quest starters drom from greys in TD? I'm on the hunt for one and can't decide if it's rare or if it's cause they're grey.

<p>They kinda got rid of the rare quests dropping from treasure chests and grey mobs with Desert of Flames, so the Grey Chests thing really only applies to the oldworld.</p><p>however, the change applied to the entire game, so any expansion that brings it back would be subject to it.</p>
