<p>At the suggesting of a friend, I decided to give EQ2 a go today, first downloading the trial, before I bought the full version. I set my Station Account when I downloading the trial version and when it came time to upgrade to the full game I had to fill additional information on my Station Account Info page before I could complete my subscription. The fields I needed to fill in were "first name", "last name", "zip", "secret question" and "secret answer". Whenever I try to submit the completed information, however, I continue to get the following error message:</p><p>ERROR!</p><p>We have encountered a system error while processing your request.</p><p>Please try again later.</p><p>We apologize for the inconvenience.</p><p>I've been to the support site trying to find help, but I have been unsuccessful. As it stands, I can't play the game because it won't let me activate my subscription without those fields filled in. So far my experience with EQ2 has been very discouraging <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/c30b4198e0907b23b8246bdd52aa1c3c.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></p>
