New to PvP and I'm a level 14 Froglok swash. I have 10 AA currently and I was uncertain how I should spend them. Does anyone that PvP's with a swash have any advice on which lines work best or different tactics to use with a swash. For example would it be good to spend all 10 down the same line early on, or spread them out among 2 lines. Is it better to go with say rogue lines early versus swash lines, ect..

I read a few older post and I saw that a popular line was str 4/4/4/4, wis 4/4/4/8/8 and agi 4/1 or int 4/1, do those lines still work well and does commandeer that increases incombat speed work in PvP?

Thanks <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

My suggestion is to start with the str line and then go to the agi line at lower lvls. Unless you have one of the top 5 1h weapons with a high delay str-wis isnt that great and with the new changes a dw spec beats out 1h spec for dps.

on another note I suggest locking and only lvling by quests to get a much aa as possible it makes a big difference once you start getting higher in pvp

My current weapon is 2.6 delay 7-20 damage. Is that worth using wis line or stick with str/agi? I also saw the GU 36 notes that said commandeer no longer works incombat. I've read that walk the plank is very useful to root and help stop runners, can anyone comment on that?

Thanks

Walk the plank is a must for pvp swashbuckler. It is extremely useful. At lower levels as a swashbuckler you will have problems with healers. Especially wardens and furies. So I would suggest that you take Torporous strike to cripple the [I cannot control my vocabulary] =) It will not save against super twinked furies, but will help against regular ones =)

And about your weapon. Are you using that one-handed slashing whip from RoK? In your place I would use the other sword with 10-40 base damage and 3 seconds delay. It is a bit slower but will hit for more.

Go strng line first, for the two debuffs, they are something that once you have you will never live without in pvp. Also, you need walk the plank. I am specced strng agi atm, but once I get 120 AAs, im going to be strng, agi, wisdom.
