Level 70+ armor, quests or player crafted

For a non hard core raider ShadowKnight.  Normal groups, few raids when I can etc.  Does anyone know if there are any good single group or solo quests to get new armor in Kunark?  Or is player made a better way to go?Mastercrafted is going to be tough for a bit. Not found any rares yet.

<p>Doing the faction quests for Jarris (Tarris,Larris? uhm, the one city in Fens), and Jinsk in Kunzark Jungle, have some really good quest rewards, and the faction merchants have some decent gear on them too.  There's a lot of items that make you think hmmm.... even if you are decked in fabled from T8, the better gear seams to be the jewelry but there some hot armor too.</p><p>I haven't seen any good BPs and legs, mostly shoulders, helms and gloves.</p>

<p>I had done all of Kylong and most of Fen's solo quest lines.. I have complete EOF legendary armor and some T7 fabled gear.</p><p>I haven't found an item to replace yet other than jewelry stuff.. Kylong/fens seems to reward heavily on cloth, leather and chain classes. Not many plate pieces as rewards yet. There were pretty weak plate rewards in kylong but very few.. </p><p>I hope that higher level areas will offer good plate rewards.. Faction merchants so far I see at kylong and fens are subpar of EOF legendary armor..</p>
