Quick question about CoA

Where is Crypt of Agony?  Is it hard to get there?  I thought I read somewhere it might be in Seb.

Its in Sebilis. Fairly easy to get to. Couple heriocs to clear or Invis past but mainly just non heroics. 1 level 82 Golem that wanders in the way though near the entrance to CoA. Just invis and walk past him on the left side when he stops at stairs to CoA.
