Does the Arasai Wind Walker skill simply not work on pvp serverrs

<p>This skill does absolutly NOTHING for my character.  I cast it and it says the effect is applied to me but I am in no way faster. In or out of combat, anywhere.</p>

It applies for about .5 seconds, then gets canceled.  I'd like to know what's up too.. it's really annoying.

<p>I believe it does work, just as pre-40 launch bards the only ones with incombat speeds anymore so will not work in PvP combat.. incombat PvE and OOC it should work fine.</p>

<p>No, trust me it does not work AT ALL atleast not on my character.   No matter where and when I use it my speed does not increase. pvp combat, pve combat or just walking around not in any combat, town, outdoors, dungeon doesn't matter.  It display that I am under the effect of the skill but it doesn't do ANYTHING under any circumstance... Atleast on my character.</p>

<p>So basicly this skill does not work on pvp servers it says "pvp combat"  so I am guessing it thinks because were enabled for pvp all the time then we must be in pvp combat all the time.  This should really be fixed or we have an utterly useless racial skill.</p>

<span style="font-size: large;font-family: comic sans ms,sand;color: #9933ff;">Wind Walker does <i><u><b>NOT</b></u></i> currently work on my 28 Fae Ranger.  Since Rangers get a run speed buff, I wondered if it was an issue with speed buffs stacking.  To test this, I made another Fae on the same server.  At level one, and with no other run speed buffs, Wind Walker worked perfectly.  It worked in and out of PVE combat.  I was wondering, do the players who say Wind Walker is working for them, have any other speed buffs active on their characters?  I really wish this would be fixed, it's an awesome emergency tactic when being chased by a group of orange Freeps!  </span><img src="/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

Does not work on my Warden, my suspicion, is that those rolle after the racial change are working and those before not. I could be wrong though, but my Sarnak is able to move an insane speeds with this buff 90% at lvl 1 for about 30 seconds. My Fae with maxed SoW, Warden Class 10% and 5% passive Racial should be able to pull either 100% for 1 min (if its capped) or 150% for about 30% and then jump and glide, thats is something I want to see...New Arasai work, old ones don't, Im hoping we get fixed.Alexis

i personally feel all these skills should be taken out. Its POC for every character since with sprint you can hit 90%.

Meh, I want mine fixed too my poor filer would love the get-away speed or heck even the catch-a-Q speed cuz umm 30% isn't that much and thats how fast he goes with bug form, racial, and sow...My sarnak however, runs at 100% with a 45 sow, bruiser buff in KoS tree (the very first one you need unlock the trees) and its great... i once was dropped to about 15 HP then boosted out and they counldn't finish me lolzFIX IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
