Shadowblade for raiding?

<p><b>I've always been under the impression that mage pet > scout pet for raiding, and have used mine consistently through KoS/EoF with great results. But.. I'm wondering if any of you actually prefer the scout pet for raiding top end, and what AA build you use for it (or will use with the extra 40 from RoK).</b></p><p><b> Managed to get my hands on Shadowblade M1 on Splitpaw, hence this thread. I'm hoping it can be put to good use and not just something to show off while I'm afk in Freeport.</b></p><p><b>Thanks in advance</b>.</p>

While I was hoping we were going back to the scout power of the original nightshade being we are a single target focused class.  but as stand it does not appear allt hat well for the scout pet on raids.. I was using it adept3 in tomb and mmis and switched to the grim soceror both times.I tested DPS of t7 master scout and mage vs adept3  t8 scout and mage and the T7 were both better to be honest.I hope SOE plans to fix that.

<p><b>Well there's another recent post regarding SOE's screw up with the T7 master pets kicking out more DPS than the T8 adept 3 ones, so hopefully that at least will be tweaked in the near future because it's a known issue.</b></p>

There are reports that pet buffs from the Gravecalling AA line are not getting picked up by the T8 pets.  That may be why you are seeing funky dps numbers between T7 and T8.  It's a bug and it needs fixing ASAP.
