<p>What level do you have to be to start this quest? I checked every dead knight in Kunzar where I was told it starts, and found nothing.</p><p>Also: This plot development is severely disappointing to me.</p>

I think what cusa means by disappointing is that it went from this mysterious, hidden race with it's tentacles in everything, for a reason we don't know and apparently a huge, intricately woven plan of action that involved subversion, subtlety, and secret threads throughout history to just 'we want a doomsday device to use on norrath'.
