Gorowyn City Faction Quests?

Just betrayed with my Fae Guardian, trying to align with Gorowyn, but can't seem to find any faction quests in Gorowyn. Any help would be much appreciated.Or if anyone has any ideas of how to gain status with Gorowyn.My Guardian is still very low level.... 12.

<p>First of all. Welcome to Gorowyn little Fae. I hope these directions make sense.</p><p>Start at the bottom where the pool of water is. Take the elevator up to the first stop and get off. On the platform you're now on you should see another lift headed diagonally to another set of platforms. Take that lift. Now you should be on a platform with a portal that looks like the portal that switched between instances of same instance. Head towards the portal right to the edge and look down. There should be some more platforms down there and you want to jump down to them. If you're in the right place there should be a building opening and two rooms inside. One (the bigger one) has the rulers of Gorowyn and the other had the one person I've found that gives writs in this city. All writs up Gorowyn faction by 150.</p><p>Hope those directions worked. -_-</p>

I must check this out.  Currently the only writ givers i have found for Gorowyn are on the Docks at Kylong Plains and in the camp on ButcherBlock.Found him.  Darkuli Mirt'ha.  Tells me "These petitions are meant for new citizens of Gorowyn" and sends me to Ankinil Zo'ri in Butcherblock.He sends me to Klyong Plains.
