I have

agil

4 4 6 8 1

sta

4 4 4 8

int

4 4 8

I am maxed for heals...but root nuke for solo ( i have movement maxed out for EoF )

What should I put remaining 9 points in? Is it worth getting infusion? Is the bonus from storm vision worth putting points into? Should I just dump it into +WIS? If infusion is worth it, should I put the requirement extra points into INT or stormvision?

I'm thinking into WIS if you are happy with your basic Druidly setup.

It's what I'm going to try, because based on how hard the solo level 69 mobs are hitting me at level 73 - I think the tougher raid-ish and dungeon-ish content is going to mean that we need lots of power. Not being sure what the cap is (some number cruncher can tell us../waves hand dismissively), more WIS with additional levels might be the way to go.

I would aggree with arie , If your not going to mele, or atleast use the str line for heals , then i wouldnt bother with infusion, its range is to short , and what it procs on can become an issue if you like to keep at max heal range. The soft cap for how much pwr you get from wisdom , is 7.5 times your lvl i believe. Meaning beyond that you get less pwr per wisdom point , And its 5 pwr per 1 wisdom if i remember correctly , from the last time we were discussing it here , The resists you gain from wisdom is 2.4 per 1 wis pt across the board , untill they hit their own soft cap per resist , and im not sure what the magic # on that is per lvl , but of course higher lvl means you get a higher soft cap.

Well, my wisdom self-buffed is 682 at level 72.

If the 7.5 is correct...then at 80...the wisdom caps out at 600...

So I may as well dump into stormvision

They used to have a cap period , or Hard cap... When they implimented the diminishing returns , it incorperated the term soft cap, meaning you reach a point at wich the diminishing returns come into play ... each pt of wisdom still adds pwr and resists ,its just that the ratio depleats at a certain point ... the higher beyond the 7.5 , yeilds less pwr per wisdom point ,and i was saying that the max pwr per wisdom is 5 points to 1 ..... Im not sure that there even is a hard cap , meaning the point where you get zero return, or atleast its not possibly attainable. Useing Algebra/geomentry you could plot the slope of the line on a grid and see when that point is , Heck , you would start loseing pwr if you followed it beyond zero.
