I purchased the all in one compilation of eq2 including the 3 expansions (not the latest) and it installed all of them fine and then i added my credit details to my station account i was playing the trial with. Now i cannot play my character because it says i do not have the right expansion. I was never sent any activation keys from D2D even tho they said it would be... ive had no response yet and want to know what im doing wrong?

One site tells me i need the activation keys (this site) while the D2D site tells me i dont and that it automatically flags my account when i download it, but i never gave any of my station account details when i purchased it... obviously something has gone wrong.

secondly, does my D2D account email have to be the same as my station account email? I used a different one on my D2D because of billing issues...

Thankyou all in advance for your help and i hope someone out there has an answer for me

The only time your account gets flagged automaticly is if you purchase directly from the Station Store, which D2D is not. You need to check your emails from them for a cd-key, activation key or what ever they call it. It will be a series of 4 letters/numbers seperated by a dash. If you have not recived this then you need to contact direct2drives' support people;

I bought RoK from D2D. You need to login there and then select the download option for the expansion. It will then take you to a screen that has your new account key. It should also email you the key.

You take that key and then enter into your game account for EQ2 at the SOE website.

Contact Direct2Drive's support. This isn't SOE's problem as you didn't buy from the Station Store.
