Mystic AA question

<p>We were able to "convert" Chilling Winds into a combat art (Chilling Strike) thereby allowing us to take advantage of our 100% melee crit. Now that we are upgrading to Velium Winds will Chilling strike scale up to continue to make it a feasible option? </p><p>I know that other combat arts are affected too but this is the first one I've encountered and I'm still waiting for my Adept 3s to come back from the local sage. <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></p>

The combat arts scale independent/irregardless of the quality level of the spell it replaces. The only reason you'd even need to scribe Velium Winds at all is if you want to use it at range.

   I cannot find the post but a dev stated you need to scribe the spell for the AA line to be updated.   I do not think it matters App 1 or Master for the CA.  When you scribe the spell your CA should then read Veilum Winds
