Whats up with evac? please fix!

Hey thereThis happened multiple times now in RoK and its getting stupid.. we fight a group, they engage and suddenly boom they are gone. Usually we find them at the evac point and can kill em there...As far as i noticed, this is cos scouts can evac whole groups if the scout doesnt engange.. thats stupid imho, but well if thats what the devs want it to be its fair enough. But it happened multiple times now that i was fighting 2 people which both SURE engaged and still they evaced somehow, which.. is odd.

(and for some reason tab, or "next pvp target" button doesnt work either on these ppl.. FIX!)

Shrinking yourself to gain an upper hand in pvp should be a legit tecnique, it just should make you more difficult to target, not impossible. </p>

Shrinking should be removed IMO at least the LON cloak one should be.
