Guardians and the Tribunal

so atm i am a follower of rallos zek. but i am thinking about switching over to the tribunal.most (if not all) miracles and blessings are usefull for us tanks.the cloak got a very nice effect. only the pet is perhaps is not as good the rallos zek pet.so what do you think about the tribunal and its benefits to us guards ?

Unimpressed with the cloak (non epics)The blessings and miracles look quite good tho.  I'm curious how the hate works tho.  I saw some say 100% hate gain, does that ignore the cap and present buffs etc?  If so wowza thats another snap emergency aggro tool.  Some of the others looked nice as well.  Seems like a good choice for evil tanks that want to get some of the survivability neatos.  I rarely use my miracles personally so ymmv

Where can I find info on the tribunal miracles?   I couldnt find anything via Google search strangely enough.
